He moved around a bit but finally settled in Peterborough ON. Jason was accepted into the newly formed Integrated Arts Program at Peterborough Collegiate in 1992, with an emphasis on visual arts. A few years later Jason met his wife to be, Dawn, who attended a far less superior high school, but he didn't hold that against her. After high school Jason was accepted into the Art Fundamentals program at Sheridan College in Oakville ON, then to the Illustration program at Sheridan, this program is known internationally for producing some of the greatest illustrators in North America. After graduating in 2001, Jason and wife Dawn returned to Peterborough and now have a busy family life with their three children; Sam (11), Julian (7), and Averie (3).

Presently Jason is teaching various art classes at the amazing Art School of Peterborough including Cartooning and Anatomical Drawing. In addition to his logo design, caricature and portrait work. Jason prides himself on being a "jack of all trades" visual artist. Jason enjoys specializing in Caricatures most because it offers the freedom of making fun of people, and not getting punched out for it.
